Characteristics：Since Q4 of 2014, ZZDM issued its synthesized diamonds in micron sizes---ASM, as know as-grown micron diamond. Mass production and stable supply.
Unlike typical diamond micron powders, no crushing and milling process is required in the production process, which will not break the internal stress of diamond particle and keep its complete crystal structure and features.
Characteristics:
★ Complete and uniform crystal shape as mesh crystals, no aggregate and twin particles
★ Tightly concentrated particle size distribution
★ High toughness, good wear resistance and thermal stability
★ High purity to ppm grade, lower than 100 ppm
★ Higher grinding and cutting efficiency, faster feeding speed & better surface finish
★ Less grinding & cutting force needed
★ Longer tool life (60% +)
