Keep samples in our database for future checking before dispatching the goods, and we keep that sample no less than 3 years.

the materials are in accordance with your requirements. 2. The stock department will pack the goods as per your request accordingly. 3. We will choose the best courier in terms of weight of the goods, so that to ensure they
are delivered to you safely in good condition.
Step 3: After-sale Services.
1. Keep tracking the goods' condition until they reach your side safely. 2. Contact us directly if there are any damages during the delivery. We will try to help
you coordinate with the courier. 3. Any quality problems with the materials after the reception, we can accept a return
or a replacement.
