Characteristics：PCD die blanks are produced by advanced HTHP process. High degree of diamond-to-diamond bonding assures they combine the hardness, abrasion resistance and high thermal conductivity of natural diamond with a toughness approaching that of tungsten carbide. They are better choice for high precision and long life wire drawing dies. Our PCD are divided into BCD series and TSD series.

BCD SERIES

BCD series PCD wire die blanks utilize cobalt alloy binders and are available in 5 grain sizes from 3um to 50um.
They are available in self-supported blanks of hexagonal and round shapes and tungsten carbide supported types which can withstand higher drawing forces such as steels and tungsten alloys and larger working diameters.
All of our wire dies have an excellent high polishing capability and consistently high performance.
